It brings together information from multiple sources to create a more complete picture of organizational performance, stakeholder needs, trends, risks, and opportunities.
In this session, JoAnn Sternke will share perspectives and practical approaches for developing a richer, more useful data portfolio. Participants will explore how organizations can move beyond asking, “What data do we have?” to asking, “What information do we need to understand performance and improve results?”

JoAnn Sternke is a nationally recognized performance excellence leader, speaker, and consultant. She served as Superintendent of the Pewaukee School District for 16 years and led the district through its successful journey to receiving the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2013. Today, she works with leaders and organizations across sectors to strengthen strategy, measurement, continuous improvement, and organizational performance.
