Blueprint to Excellence
This workshop experience will guide your team through a process that will allow you to take the next step in organizational excellence.
Our team of trained Iowa Recognition for Performance Excellence (IRPE) Examiners and staff will facilitate a discussion of key factors facing your organization, including topics such as your core competencies, strategic challenges and advantages, and improvement systems. This discussion will lead to the creation of your organizational profile, based off of the first step in the Baldrige process. This profile provides a basis for understanding your organization. A Gallery Walk is a highly collaborative and interactive experience that allows teams to explore your organization's key processes and results in areas such as
After this process you’ll have a renewed sense of where your business is currently, where you want it to go and how to get there.
After the Blueprint session, a team of IRPE judges and examiners will review your organizational profile and offer feedback that identifies and prioritizes improvement opportunities, helping your team build alignment and momentum in improving outcomes.
Your organization will be recognized as an IRPE Award recipient at the Tier One level. IRPE award applicants are celebrated yearly at an award ceremony for their team and stakeholders. |
