Everyday Baldrige Webinar

In this interactive session you will learn how to become more systematic in how you lead your organization by applying 5 key excellence principles. Move beyond "firefighting" or crisis management to identify repeatable, systematic processes that can reliably produce high-quality results over time. This session is meant for people who don’t know the Baldrige Framework but who want to lead with more intention in focusing on what matters.
