Encore Cool Tools: Exploring Continuous Improvement Tools Webinar

With any project — home improvement, automobile repair, even exercising and working out — you need the right tools to do the job right. The same is true for process and organizational improvement! We all need proven tools to understand the current state, explore solutions and improvements, and design and implement a desired future state.

IQC — in partnership with PEN and WCPE — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, July 10: “Encore Cool Tools: Exploring Continuous Improvement Tools.” We hosted a similar session last October with great success & feedback, so this is an “encore” discussion — new tools, new speakers!

We will explore five contemporary Continuous Improvement (CI) tools, each introduced by a speaker who will share what the tool is, how their organization uses it, and successes they’ve experienced. After all tools are introduced, we will head to two rounds of self-selected breakout discussions, where webinar participants can share best practices, tips, and other insights in using those specific tools.
