Leadership in Turbulent Political Times

Leaders face unique challenges in today’s contentious political environment: companies and organizations can find themselves reacting to the political imbalance rather than focusing on long-term growth and engagement. And given the increasing polarization in our society (not to mention the looming upcoming election), the role leaders play in creating an environment that is inclusive, productive, and civil becomes even more important.

IQC — in partnership with PEN and WCPE — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, July 11: “Leadership in Turbulent Political Times.” The discussion will be facilitated by Lee Rasch, founder and Executive Director of of LaCrosse-based LeaderEthics (and former president of Western Technical College).

In this non-partisan discussion, Lee will focus on the importance of ethical leadership in today’s times. He will include practical tools and approaches that can be helpful in navigating the turbulence.
