During these virtual sessions individuals will learn the process of The DMAIC Way™ while working through an improvement project for their organization. The participants will learn intermediate tools and skills as well as how to lead a team to accomplish a project. This is a learn-by-doing type of course that includes coaching after the class to support the individual through the project to obtain certification. The DMAIC Way^®
