You will learn Six Sigma, Lean and other foundational methods and problem-solving tools. Students will work on a project using the methods and tools learned in class. You will learn how to identify, scope, and conduct improvement projects that can be applied to your workplace.
Those interested in DMAIC Black Belt training can continue into the Black Belt class upon completing this training. Those interested in Green Belt (GB) Certification will be expected to complete a GB Project. Mentoring support is available from IQC throughout your project; details shared in class.
