ASQ Section 1303 in partnership with the Iowa Quality Center (IQC) is offering 3 sessions of a 1-day Workshop this Fall.
The subject of this training is focused on a constant challenge for organizations today – Managing Change.
Change Management 101 The first half of this 1 day course covers the basics of Change Management and provides a roadmap in setting up a change project…Who should be on the team? What is your Vision for the change? How can you recognize resistance to change and how to address resistance, once it rears its ugly head?
Change Management 2.0 – The Rest of the Story The second half of the day is a review of practices/tips that lead to sustainable change….the session looks deeply into the change that is being proposed. Is your case an example of an incremental change or transformational change? There are guidelines to follow to assure that the change takes place and is sustainable.
The day will run from 8-4 – including a working lunch.
Cost is $200 per person
