Aug. 7 – Change Management 2.0 “The Rest of the Story….” – – If you were asked what you know about managing change, would you be pretty confident that you are aware of the general, basic facts surrounding change in the workplace….expect resistance, you need to have buy-in, etc.? Attendance at this network meeting could boost your understanding of Change Management to a whole new level. Based on the teachings of Daryl Connor, who is nationally and internationally known for his work within Transformational Change, there are some key questions to ask to determine if the change you are contemplating is Incremental OR Transformational.
