Customer Centric Green Belt is designed to align with the Customer Centric Yellow Belt and Black Belt Certifcations by focusing closer to the customer. Completion of the Green Belt training is prerequisite to the Black Belt Certification.  The Iowa Quality Center (IQC) is committed to keeping the "Customer" in the sights of your processes.

Overview:
In this project based course, participants develop problems solving facilitation skills using the DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve and control) cycle and a 7 step process to improve projects and processes resulting in organizational change.

At the end of this course participants will have the knowledge and skills to:

Target Audience:

Time:
